Evaluation of Trainees Reaction Towards the Trainer, Training Material and Training Method: Factor Contributes.
Purpose - This paper examines the first aspect of evaluation of training: reaction. The significance of age towards aspects such as trainer, training material and training method were analysed to understand those elements effecting and contributing training effectiveness. Design/methodology - The reaction of the trainees was gathered through a help of a structured questionnaire. The statistical tool used was ANNOVA to check the significance between different age group with different aspects of the factors contributing to trainees’ reaction
Findings - It showed a significant difference in means between age group belonging to fifty and above and age group belonging to twenty to forty.
Research limitations/implications - A larger sample size of trainee teachers covering other states would help in generalising the findings.
